The coffee is hot (if that’s your thing, hot coffee hurts my feelings), the staff is friendly, and the food reminds me of the diners that I grew up seeing in movies. I only get to stop by for breakfast every couple of months or so, but it’s always met my expectations. I was helped out by “Boss” and by Liz this morning (with Liz being a standout due to her kind attitude, fantastic nails, and exceptional service.) Because I sat at the bar, I had a front row seat to some of the kitchen dynamics that i would describe best as familial dysfunction. I found it quite endearing. In particular there was a moment when, in the midst of some disarray at the pass, someone asked, “What’d you ask for or what do you need?” To which the response was, “Not you.” Followed by, “Not you, got it. Okay, Boss.” It made me chuckle because it’s the kind of exchange that reminded me of how interactions are in a busy kitchen during my own family gatherings. Again, endearing. See you in a couple of months.

Went here on Valentine’s Day... I LOVE places like this. The service absolutely phenomenal and the food was just as great! We didn’t feel rushed or anything. The amount of time it took from taking our order to getting our food was incredible, I ordered a Philly cheesesteak and got ranch to dip my fry’s in. This is the type of food you get when you want to have that comfort meal and feel welcomed and appreciated. Everything honestly from start to finish was fantastic and I’ll be coming here time and time again!

Had a great meal here. The chicken fried steak was delicious and my husband enjoyed his catfish very much as well Asthe crispy golden fries and Mac and cheese.The waitress was friendly and the cook was quick as well .

We came for brunch on Mother’s Day. It was super busy but they were on the ball! The food is fantastic, the employees were kind and attentive. Portions were good sized, even the kids portions were generous. This is the only place we will be coming to for breakfast/ brunch anymore. If you have not been you really should try it.

What a cool place inside. You feel like you stepped back in time a little. Food was amazing! Staff was very nice. One of the best experiences I have had in a restaurant! Affordable! What a hidden gem! Check this place out!

My husband and I eat there pretty often. The catfish is very good and they have it as a special on Friday. The breakfasts are good. I've had the chicken fried steak more than once. It is just right. There is a salad with chicken, cranberries, candied pecans and of course greens that I love! The staff is very friendly and give great service.

As a burger "freak" myself, I didn't realize that a diner could have one of the most delicious burger that I ever had. This one was the "A1" burger. Get the sauce on the side. This place is known for their breakfast but this burger is a most. Onion rings are great. Also, people are very nice. Kudos!!!
